1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 2222 RS ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services available on 2222rs.biz.
By registering an account on 2222 RS, depositing funds, placing any bet or playing any game, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the 2222 RS platform.
These Terms are written in English and apply to all users of 2222 RS regardless of their location, device or the method through which they access the platform. In the event of any ambiguity, the English language version of these Terms takes precedence.
2 Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on 2222 RS. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. 2222 RS actively enforces age verification and any account found to belong to an underage player will be closed immediately, with all funds forfeited.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
2222 RS is primarily designed to serve players in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in online betting and gaming does not violate any law, regulation or restriction applicable in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.
2.3 Disqualified Persons
The following persons are not permitted to hold an account or place bets on 2222 RS:
- Persons under 18 years of age
- Employees of 2222 RS, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies and their immediate family members
- Persons who have been subject to a self-exclusion request on 2222 RS or any affiliated platform
- Any person accessing the platform using software designed to gain an unfair advantage, including bots, automated betting scripts or VPN tools used to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
3 Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one account on 2222 RS. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, email address, device, IP address or payment method — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 2222 RS reserves the right to close all accounts, void all pending bets and forfeit all balances, including any welcome bonuses previously credited.
3.2 Account Information Accuracy
You must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date personal information when registering on 2222 RS. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, email address and, where required for verification, your CNIC details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. 2222 RS is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2222 RS login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 2222 RS support immediately. The platform will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login details.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
2222 RS may request identity verification documents at any point — before or after a withdrawal is processed. Verification documents may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership and proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the stated timeframe may be restricted or closed.
4 Deposits and Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
2222 RS accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All account balances are displayed and maintained in PKR.
4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit on 2222 RS is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit applied by the platform, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
4.3 Processing Times
Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your 2222 RS account instantly in most cases. IBFT bank transfers may take up to two banking hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. Card deposits are credited instantly upon payment provider authorisation.
4.4 Third-Party Deposits
You may only deposit from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether family members, friends or otherwise — are not permitted. Any deposit traced to a third-party payment source may result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed.
5 Withdrawals
5.1 Withdrawal Methods
Withdrawals on 2222 RS are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Where a player has deposited via multiple methods, the platform may require identity verification before selecting an alternative withdrawal method.
5.2 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount on 2222 RS is Rs 200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.3 Processing Times
Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets are typically processed within five minutes of approval. IBFT transfers to bank accounts are processed within one to two banking days. 2222 RS does not impose withdrawal fees on the player side, though individual banks or wallet providers may apply their own charges.
5.4 Verification Before Withdrawal
2222 RS may require account verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not yet submitted identity documents should do so proactively to avoid delays. The platform reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC checks.
5.5 Bonus Wagering Requirements
Withdrawal of funds received as bonus credits — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses and free spin winnings — is subject to the applicable wagering requirement being met first. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the stated wagering requirement will result in those funds being removed from the withdrawal request. Actual deposited funds remain withdrawable at any time regardless of bonus status.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All promotions offered on 2222 RS are subject to individual offer terms in addition to these general Terms. Where an individual promotion's terms conflict with these general Terms, the individual promotion terms apply for the specific offer. Players must read individual offer terms before claiming any bonus.
6.2 Welcome Bonus
The welcome bonus on 2222 RS is available to new players making their first deposit only. Players may not claim the welcome bonus more than once, across any account or device. The welcome bonus matches 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of Rs 25,000. The bonus carries a wagering requirement of 10x for sports bets and 15x for casino and slot play. Qualifying sports bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50. The bonus expires 30 days from the date of credit.
6.3 Prohibited Bonus Activities
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension, bonus forfeiture and potential permanent closure:
- Registering multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once
- Coordinating with other players to place opposing bets with bonus funds (bonus hedging)
- Using automated software to place wagering requirement bets
- Claiming a promotion for which the player is not genuinely eligible
6.4 Rakeback and Loyalty Benefits
Rakeback earned through poker cash game play on 2222 RS is credited as real cash — not bonus funds — and is withdrawable without any additional wagering requirement. Loyalty tier benefits are reviewed monthly and are subject to the activity thresholds published on the Promotions page.
7 Betting Rules
7.1 Bet Placement
All bets placed on 2222 RS are final once confirmed by the platform. Players are responsible for checking the details of their bets — selection, stake, odds and market — before confirming. 2222 RS will not cancel or amend bets due to player error after confirmation.
7.2 Odds and Markets
All odds displayed on 2222 RS are in decimal format. The platform reserves the right to withdraw or suspend any market at any time before the event start without prior notice. In-play markets may be suspended at any time during an event for risk management or data integrity reasons.
7.3 Void Bets
A bet may be voided by 2222 RS in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the bet was placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a system error; the player has breached these Terms in placing the bet. Void bets are returned at the original stake.
7.4 Match Irregularities
In the event of suspected match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other integrity concern in an event on which bets are placed via 2222 RS, the platform reserves the right to withhold settlement of affected markets pending investigation. If an investigation confirms irregularity, bets on the affected market may be voided.
7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum stake per bet on 2222 RS is Rs 20. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event and player tier and are displayed in the bet placement interface before confirmation. The platform reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
8 Casino and Poker Rules
8.1 Random Number Generation
All casino games and slot titles available on 2222 RS use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited for fairness. Game outcomes are not influenced by the platform, player history or bet size. RNG certification details are available on request from 2222 RS support.
8.2 Poker — Player vs Player
All poker cash games and tournaments on 2222 RS are conducted player versus player. The platform acts solely as the facilitator — managing card dealing, pot calculations and winner determination — and takes rake as its fee for providing the service. 2222 RS has no stake in any hand outcome.
8.3 Live Casino Availability
Live dealer games including Andar Bahar are subject to third-party studio availability and may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance or stream interruptions. Interrupted live casino hands are settled according to the state of play at the point of interruption, following the platform's established interrupted hand protocol.
8.4 Disconnection Policy
If a player is disconnected from a live casino table or poker game during active play, 2222 RS will attempt to complete the hand or round using the last confirmed action recorded. If no action was recorded, the hand may be folded or the bet resolved as a stand. The platform is not liable for losses arising from player-side internet disconnections.
9 Responsible Gaming
2222 RS is committed to providing a platform that supports responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all players at any time from within their account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits. Limits are applied immediately when lowered; increases require a 24-hour waiting period.
- Betting Limits: Restrict the maximum stake per individual bet to an amount of your choosing.
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play time before an automatic logout is triggered.
- Cooling-Off Period: Request a short break of 24 hours to 30 days during which your account is suspended.
- Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from 2222 RS for a period of 6 months to 5 years. Exclusions are irreversible for their stated duration.
During any self-exclusion period, 2222 RS will make every reasonable effort to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account. Marketing and promotional communications will cease immediately upon activation of any exclusion or opt-out request.
10 Privacy and Data
2222 RS collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By registering on 2222 RS, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
2222 RS will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party payment processors, identity verification services and fraud prevention systems is shared solely to facilitate the services you have requested and is governed by those parties' own data protection policies.
All data transmitted between your device and 2222 RS is protected by SSL/TLS encryption. Account passwords are stored in hashed format and are not visible to platform staff.

11 Player Conduct
11.1 Fair Play Obligation
Players on 2222 RS are expected to participate in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:
- Use of betting bots, automated scripts or third-party software to place bets or make in-game decisions
- Collusion with other players in poker cash games or tournaments
- Exploitation of software errors, pricing mistakes or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
- Any attempt to defraud 2222 RS or other players on the platform
- Threatening, abusive or harassing language directed at support staff or other players
- Money laundering or any use of the platform that facilitates illegal financial activity
11.2 Consequences of Breach
A breach of the conduct rules above gives 2222 RS the right to suspend or permanently close the player's account, void all pending bets and forfeit all balances. The platform may report conduct to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or platform policy.
12 General Provisions
12.1 Limitation of Liability
2222 RS is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, connection interruptions or scheduled maintenance.
12.2 Service Availability
2222 RS aims to maintain platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. The platform is not liable for losses arising from unplanned outages.
12.3 Changes to Terms
2222 RS may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.4 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 2222 RS operates its licence. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence 2222 RS operates.
12.5 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, players should contact 2222 RS support in the first instance at support@2222rs.biz. The support team will attempt to resolve all disputes within five business days. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached internally, players may escalate the matter to the applicable licensing authority.
12.6 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and individual promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between the player and 2222 RS with respect to the use of the platform. No prior understanding, representation or warranty not contained in these Terms shall affect or modify this agreement.
